Course Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy:

Full Payment is required at the time of booking. Course places cannot reserve without payment.

Cancellation Policy :

As our courses are usually booked up in advance the following cancellation policy applies

  • Cancellation made 4 weeks before course there is full refund
  • Cancellation made with less than 4 weeks there is no refund
  • Failure to attend no refund
  • Change of attendee on course -please inform the course organiser 1 week before otherwise there is £50 administration charge

Video & Photography :

No (Audio & Visual) recording of the course is allowed. Please do respect the intellectual property of the tutors. They have spent hundreds of hours putting these courses together and retain the copyright to them. If you need some information or clarification of a particular technique, they more than willing to assist you.

BPI Education Quality Assurance

Commercial Bias– BPI Education acknowledges the various companies who provide valuable support and assistance during our hands-on sessions. They have no input into the content of our lecture’s, and we do not use any of their commercial literature in our programmes. Please be rest assured that the lectures are free from any bias towards any companies who support us in the training.

Lecturers – The BPI Education lecture team have huge amount of experience in giving presentations at both home and abroad. They are experts in their own fields of clinical practice and have been qualified for numbers of years along with postgraduate qualifications from reputable universities. Thus, giving the attendees the very best in real world scenarios which you can take back and incorporate into your own clinical practice.

Content – Course material is provided with every training programme. The content of which is evidence based along with the best practice with the major educational establishments and societies. The content is referenced based and thus providing the attendee with the reassurance that this has been thoroughly researched and documented.

Evaluation– This is taken very seriously as it allows BPI Education to reflect on the courses and make any changes where necessary. The evaluation is done via link online and anonymously thereby encouraging honest feedback. These are then evaluated by the team and any areas of improvement are actioned.

Quality Assurance- This is provided by Dentinal Tubules. This is the one of largest providers of postgraduate education in the UK and who have a wealth of experience in running and providingpostgraduate education for almost 10 years now.

CPD Certificates-These are provided post course following online evaluation. Certificates will have, the full details of the course along with the aims & objectives and GDC learning outcomes.

Delegate numbers-The course places are limited at each course to provide the maximum teaching opportunity and to provide individual attention.

GDPR-The course attendees, details are not released to any other person or organisation. We take this matter very seriously and your data is protected in line with current UK guidelines.
